Finally Made it to Mount Tamalpais

There’s still so many places that I need to explore in Northern California but I’m happy to say that I finally made it to Mt. Tamalpais.

I headed to San Rafael to meet up with some friends for lunch. Afterwards, I decided to make the most of my Saturday by cruising down to San Francisco to snap¬†some toursity shots of the Golden Gate Bridge. I still had about 2 hours of sunlight left so I thought I’d try to make it to the top of Mount Tamalpais in time for sunset.

The drive was jaw-dropping. With each turn and raise in elevation, I found a new view to ooooh and ahhhhh at. It was so amazing to only be a few minutes outside of the city and feel so tucked away in nature. The trip to Mount Tam gave me a new appreciation of San Francisco. The view was to-die-for and it immediately made me want to get back there and explore more.
